Even the fittest athletes in the world had to start somewhere. Its important to remember that a start is a start and once you’ve started, you continue to build up and progress little by little.
If you’re struggling to start / develop a consistent routine you can take some time to note down and ask yourself these questions:
1) What is preventing you from starting / continuing a consistent exercise routine?
Some common answers: time, money, motivation, organization, confidence
2) How could you stop this from having the effect that it does?
3) Is there anything you could do to make it easier & more accessible for yourself?
4) What are you going to do in the next few days to achieve this?
Some useful solutions to common problems could be:
⏰️Set time aside which you know is free (use an alarm) specifically for exercise
🥅Tell someone about your goals & ask for support and this can help to motivate you
😴Wake up a bit earlier
🌧Find an activity thats nearby and always accessible so you can start and continue easily
🤓Get help from a professional
🗓Plan ahead
🧘♀️Join a local class / weekly service to help with consistency
As always give me a shout in the comments / dms if you need a hand with anything health / exercise related or if you would like me to go through these questions with you ✌️🖤
